1. Introduction

Welcome to GSC33, an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under the domain gsc33.cam (hereinafter referred to as "GSC33", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between GSC33 and any individual (hereinafter "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the GSC33 platform in any capacity.

By accessing the GSC33 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the GSC33 platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the GSC33 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and individual game or promotion rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain an account on GSC33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. GSC33 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all products, including slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery, and instant games. This is a non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing GSC33 from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be, nor have been, self-excluded from GSC33 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of GSC33, nor a close family member or household associate of any such person.
• You must register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration & Security

When registering for a GSC33 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested in the registration form. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any of the provided details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account credentials will be treated as activity carried out by you, and GSC33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify GSC33 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. GSC33 reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected pending investigation.

5. KYC Verification

GSC33 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. In furtherance of these obligations, GSC33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that all users must complete before withdrawals are processed, and which may be required at any stage of account activity.

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents, which must be current and clearly legible:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months showing your full name and address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account showing your name, or a redacted bank statement from your Maybank or CIMB account).
• Source of Funds (if applicable): For high-value transactions, GSC33 may request documentation evidencing the lawful source of funds being deposited.

GSC33 will endeavour to complete KYC review within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is complete. GSC33 is not liable for any delay in the processing of withdrawals attributable to incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation submitted by the User.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

GSC33 supports a range of payment methods designed for the convenience of Malaysian players. Accepted deposit methods include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, USDT (TRC20), and Bitcoin (BTC). Available methods may vary and are subject to change; current options are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the User selects a cryptocurrency option, in which case amounts are displayed in the applicable cryptocurrency denomination alongside an indicative MYR equivalent.

The following minimum and maximum transaction limits apply (subject to revision):

GSC33 does not charge transaction fees on most deposit or withdrawal methods. However, third-party processing fees imposed by your payment provider (including cryptocurrency network fees) are outside GSC33's control and will be borne by the User. Processing times stated above are indicative and may be affected by bank cut-off times, public holidays in Malaysia, and network congestion for cryptocurrency transactions.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account, or to a method the User has verified during KYC. GSC33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

GSC33 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each User is entitled to claim any given welcome promotion only once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using separate accounts, different payment methods, or different devices from the same household will constitute a violation of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Balance funds and are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not meeting the wagering requirement within the validity period will be forfeited.
• GSC33 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirement completion. Live casino table games, certain slots, and progressive jackpot games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• GSC33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Promotions already claimed and in-progress will not be affected by retrospective changes unless evidence of abuse or technical error is identified.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting software errors, using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion between players, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

8. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the GSC33 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting market. In the case of live sports betting covering events such as English Premier League (EPL) fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, or UFC events, bets will be settled in accordance with the outcome of the relevant event as determined by the official governing body.

GSC33 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome in the following circumstances:

• A technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure materially affected the betting odds or game outcome;
• The bet was placed after the relevant event or game round had concluded;
• The outcome was the result of collusion, manipulation, or any form of fraud;
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or any applicable game rules.

In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the User's Real Balance. GSC33's determination regarding bet settlement is final and binding, subject only to a formal dispute resolution process initiated within seven (7) days of the disputed outcome.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the GSC33 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operating, attempting to operate, or knowingly benefiting from multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by GSC33;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software, whether or not for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including by sharing login credentials;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling for your own account and benefit.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the GSC33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, user interface design, software code, and game assets — is the property of GSC33 or is licensed to GSC33 by third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Users to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of GSC33.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GSC33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

GSC33's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their GSC33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

GSC33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service provider outages may temporarily affect Platform availability. GSC33 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability where such unavailability is beyond GSC33's reasonable control.

12. Responsible Gambling

GSC33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gambling as a form of entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviours. We take this responsibility seriously.

GSC33 provides the following responsible gambling tools, which are available to all registered Users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours following any adjustment request.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. Once reached, further wagering is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure alerts to notify them of the duration of their current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion by contacting GSC33 support. Self-exclusion is processed immediately.

GSC33 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement across all products. 13. Account Suspension & Termination

GSC33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• At the User's own request.

Upon account closure, any Real Balance remaining in the account (i.e., funds derived from deposits and verified winnings, excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has already been fulfilled.

14. Amendments to These Terms

GSC33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, GSC33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which GSC33 holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of any dispute between you and GSC33, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance, as most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as specified in GSC33's operating authorisation documentation.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
